Prepare yourself for your Bachelor's degree in Art & Design in the best possible way. Our Art & Design Foundation Diploma gives you the unique opportunity to learn the basics of our Art & Design degree programmes in Berlin. After the semester, decide where your strengths lie. At the UE Campus in Berlin, we educate more than 300 students each year in the following subjects:
- Film & Motion Design
- Photography & New Media
- Illustration
- Communication Design
- Game Design
You will get to know our teachers, your fellow students, our campus and our studios and equipment. After the orientation semester, you choose your focus in the Bachelor's programme according to your strengths and preferences.

- You will get a certificate for taking this foundation diploma Art & Design.
- Furthermore you will have the chance to apply for a UE Bachelor programme in Art & Design with the foundation diploma
Starting semesters: March and September
Duration: 18 hours per semester week

Tuition fee
- Applicants from EU: 4.655 €
- Applicants from Non-EU: 6.055 €
will be rewarded as credit for your subsequent Bachelor's programme at UE (6th semester)
